A reputed school in Darbhanga, Bihar is looking for an experienced and dynamic Vice Principal to support the Principal in academic leadership, school administration, and overall institutional development.

Eligibility Criteria:

Master's Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university

B.Ed. degree is mandatory

Minimum 5–10 years of teaching and academic leadership experience

Strong knowledge of CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum and school operations

Excellent communication, leadership, and administrative skills

Candidates with experience in reputed CBSE, ICSE, or Residential Schools are highly encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Principal in managing day-to-day school operations

Supervise academic planning, curriculum implementation, and teacher performance

Monitor student discipline, attendance, and overall development

Support recruitment, training, and professional development of staff

Ensure compliance with board guidelines and school policies

Coordinate with parents, teachers, and administrative departments

Lead school improvement initiatives and maintain high academic standards
