A reputed residential school in Darbhanga, Bihar is seeking an experienced and responsible Head of Boarding to oversee the day-to-day operations of the boarding facility and ensure the welfare, safety, and discipline of students residing on campus.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university

Prior experience in hostel, boarding, residential school, or student welfare management preferred

Strong leadership and administrative skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to manage student discipline and wellbeing effectively

Candidates with experience in reputed CBSE, ICSE, or Residential Schools are encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all boarding house operations

Ensure student safety, welfare, discipline, and overall development

Coordinate with school administration, wardens, teachers, and parents

Maintain boarding schedules, routines, and records

Handle student concerns and emergency situations efficiently

Monitor hostel staff performance and ensure smooth functioning of the boarding facility

Foster a positive, safe, and supportive residential environment for students
